Description:
A leading healthcare organization based in Al Ain is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis within a structured healthcare environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, monitoring budget performance, and ensuring accurate reporting across all accounting activities. This position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the capability to work closely with department heads to support strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts for organizational planning.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare accurate and detailed financial reports.
• Monitor budget utilization and support cost-control and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with department heads for financial planning and reporting support.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support internal audits and financial review processes as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments.
