Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in coordination with department heads
- Manage internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and guide junior team members to promote professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
