Description:
A leading company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in Accounts Payable, Inventory Accounting, and Treasury operations. The role requires managing supplier transactions, invoice postings, reconciliations, and banking operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and be comfortable coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams for GRPO transactions and inventory cost allocations. Responsibilities also include reconciling inventory and general ledger accounts and supporting treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring.
Requirements:
- ACCA qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Inventory Accounting
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Preferred:
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Commodity Trading industries
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable, invoice postings, and supplier reconciliations
- Process supplier payments and internal bank transfers
- Monitor and close GRPO transactions with procurement and warehouse teams
- Handle landed cost allocations for imported goods
- Reconcile inventory and general ledger accounts
- Support treasury operations, banking transactions, and cashflow monitoring
