Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. This role is best suited for professionals with strong exposure to UAE accounting practices who can independently manage core accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy across all reporting cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports to support management decision-making
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are resolved efficiently
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing in line with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including reconciliations and follow-ups
- Maintain complete, up-to-date, and well-organized financial records and documentation
- Respond promptly to finance-related queries and provide clear accounting support to internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial management within the UAE market
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and local compliance regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
