Description:
We are seeking a professional Secretary / Receptionist to join the management team at Huna Grand Hypermarket. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, organize schedules, and provide excellent front desk services to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails appropriately
• Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
• Support daily office operations and assist management
• Coordinate between different departments within the hypermarket
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or Receptionist, preferably in a hypermarket
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
