A respected private firm based in Dubai is looking for a professional and dependable Secretary to join their Al Wasl office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to management, ensure smooth daily office operations, and help maintain an organized, efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical duties with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate appointments, maintain calendars, and handle official correspondence.
- Prepare, format, and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide hands-on support to management for routine office activities and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently residing in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
