A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join its team. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to senior staff members.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior management
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner

  • Minimum High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
