Description:
Global Indian International School (GIIS) Abu Dhabi Campus is currently hiring Female School Supporting Staff to join its campus operations team. This role is suitable for candidates who are already based in the UAE and are willing to contribute to a professional school environment that supports students, staff, and daily administrative functions.
The selected candidate will assist in maintaining smooth school operations and ensuring a well-organized and supportive environment for both students and faculty members. Only shortlisted and suitable candidates will be contacted within 3 to 5 working days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily school operations and assist staff in routine administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of school areas when required
• Assist in student movement, supervision, and general support activities within the campus
• Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of school activities
• Provide assistance during school events, programs, and operational requirements
• Follow school policies, safety guidelines, and operational instructions strictly
Requirements:
• Candidate must be female and currently based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Educational documents for Indian nationals must be properly attested from home country
• Ability to work in a school environment with discipline and responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in school or support roles is an advantage but not mandatory
