Description:

Parsons Corporation is seeking a talented Scheduler to support project teams with schedule reviews, reporting, milestone tracking, and schedule risk analysis. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in construction scheduling who can analyze project timelines and provide valuable insights to support successful project delivery.

The selected candidate will work closely with clients, EPC Contractors, and Construction Managers to review schedules, identify potential delays, monitor critical paths, and support risk mitigation strategies. The role focuses on owner-side schedule management without directing contractor operations, resources, or construction methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate EPC Contractor or Construction Manager schedules and support client reporting.

• Monitor critical path changes, float usage, and overall schedule performance.

• Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify potential delays or resource constraints.

• Recommend mitigation strategies for schedule risks and emerging project delays.

• Coordinate with contractors to collect schedule updates and maintain reporting accuracy.

• Maintain owner milestone trackers for project deadlines, approvals, equipment deliveries, and site access dates.

• Notify project leadership about upcoming milestones and potential risks.

• Support schedule management activities while maintaining staff augmentation responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience developing, reviewing, or analyzing complex construction schedules.

• Strong understanding of critical path, float management, schedule risks, and milestone tracking.

• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.

• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Strong knowledge of:

    • Construction project scheduling and timeline management.

    • Schedule risk analysis and performance tracking.

    • EPC projects, owner-side reviews, and project controls.

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting owner-side schedule reviews on EPC or CMA projects.

• Knowledge of schedule health metrics and forensic scheduling concepts.

• Experience working on large industrial or advanced manufacturing programs.
