Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and maintain radiologist and staff schedules across multiple departments and locations
• Ensure proper coverage, on-call rotations, and vacation scheduling compliance
• Maintain scheduling systems, templates, and operational calendars
• Communicate schedule updates and staffing changes to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor staffing levels and operational performance, preparing attendance and coverage reports
• Collaborate with supervisors and healthcare teams to resolve scheduling challenges
• Support workforce planning and service level optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience required
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and presentation software)
