Morley – Scheduler (Remote)
Morley is seeking a Scheduler to join our Reacquired Vehicle Management (RVM) team. This remote position allows Michigan residents to work from home Monday through Friday, standard shift 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern time. You will utilize your communication and customer care skills to manage scheduling tasks for inbound and outbound vehicle-related documentation and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling tasks while understanding project operations and workflow processes.
- Serve as primary contact for inbound and outbound communications via phone and email.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduling tasks by coordinating with all relevant parties.
- Collaborate with dealerships, customers, attorneys, and agents to organize schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the RVM system.
- Escalate cases requiring additional attention to management.
- Maintain consistent attendance to support team performance.
- Provide solutions through phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong verbal and email communication skills
✔ Familiarity with work processes through training or on-the-job experience
✔ Proficient in MS Office and general computer usage
✔ Positive, self-starter attitude with strong work ethic
✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, hotel, or similar roles)
- Ability to reliably work 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday
Remote Work Requirements:
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access via Ethernet or landline
