A leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi is urgently hiring an experienced Scheduler Coordinator to manage and oversee nursing schedules and workforce management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage duty rosters for nursing teams, ensuring optimal coverage across all shifts and departments.
  • Coordinate daily nurse assignments to ensure high-quality care delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for nursing staff and department heads regarding scheduling needs, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication.
  • Maintain accurate workforce records by tracking staff availability, leave, attendance, and absences.
  • Collaborate with HR and clinical management in recruitment, onboarding, and allocation of nursing resources.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, labor laws, and staffing standards in the healthcare sector.
  • Proactively identify and address staffing gaps and propose staffing solutions to meet operational demands.
  • Provide support and mentorship to nursing staff, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare scheduling, nursing operations, or similar coordination roles within healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in healthcare scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of DOH regulations, UAE healthcare staffing requirements, and labor laws.
