SAP MM Lead – Onsite UAE
NuMantra Technologies is looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead to take ownership of full-cycle SAP Materials Management projects. This role involves leading implementations from the initial blueprint phase through final go-live, with a strong focus on S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
As the SAP MM Lead, you will manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory management, and system integrations across multiple SAP modules including FI, SD, WM, and PP. You will be responsible for master data governance, system optimization, and ensuring seamless business operations through robust SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations using SAP Activate methodology
- Drive S/4HANA migration and optimization projects
- Configure and support SAP MM functionalities including batch management, STO, and consignment
- Handle integrations with FI, SD, WM, and PP modules
- Oversee data migration activities using LTMC and LSMW tools
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and solution guidance to teams and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery excellence from design through deployment and post-go-live support
Must-Have Skills:
- 15+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience
- Minimum 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred)
- SAP MM certification with strong configuration expertise
- Experience with SAP ARIBA
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong data migration and issue resolution skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Real Estate domains
- Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP
- Academic background in IT or Engineering
