Twice Beauty Space is seeking a warm, professional Salon Receptionist to welcome clients and keep front-desk operations running smoothly. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone friendly, organized, and comfortable managing bookings and client interactions in a busy salon environment.
Key Duties:
- Greet clients on arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages and DMs; book and confirm appointments promptly
- Maintain and manage the daily appointment schedule; update client records as needed
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians to minimise delays and ensure smooth service flow
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and clear communication
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems
- Well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for a salon setting
- Previous salon or front-desk experience is an advantage
