Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Salesman to join our print-on-demand team in Sharjah. You will target corporate, retail and event customers, promote our custom printing and embroidery services, and build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients across corporates, retail outlets, events, schools and other target sectors.
- Present and sell custom printing, embroidery and merchandise solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to secure repeat orders and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline activity.
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns, promotions and sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Gather customer feedback and share market/competitor insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in sales or business development, ideally within apparel, printing, textiles or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- UAE-based with solid knowledge of the local market and sales landscape.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
