We’re Hiring: An experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist to own multi-channel customer communications and drive high-impact campaigns across Email, SMS and Push for our Dubai-based clients. This onsite role requires a hands-on marketer who can plan, build and optimise journeys while ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with clear audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Deploy Email, SMS and Push messages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and manage Data Extensions, filters and AMPscript-based templates for scalable, personalised messaging.
  • Create and automate customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio to support lifecycle communications.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, delivery accuracy and SLA compliance; investigate and resolve delivery or reporting issues.
  • Design and run A/B tests to improve open, click and conversion metrics and iterate on creative and cadence.
  • Validate and maintain data quality and implement triggers for loyalty and behaviour-driven communications.
  • Work with IT and analytics teams to support integrations, tracking, and campaign reporting requirements.
  • Manage landing pages and link management via the CMS and ensure tracking continuity across channels.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experiencewith Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Email Studio.
  • Proficient in AMPscript, HTML and CSS for template development and personalization.
  • Experience with segmentation and executing campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on reporting and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with CMS management is a plus.
  • Able to work onsite in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
