We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and related systems. The role involves configuration, administration, sales support, and assisting with high-priority projects from analysis to execution. This position is ideal for problem solvers and effective communicators looking to impact strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
- Manage users, roles, hierarchies, and security settings
- Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
- Perform bulk imports and exports of data
- Document project requirements and maintain third-party apps
- Ensure data integrity through cleansing and deduplication
- Support day-to-day platform operations and Salesforce initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years Salesforce administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
- Experience with third-party tools such as Clari, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Analytical skills with comfort using data and metrics
- Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- CPQ experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
