We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and related systems. The role involves configuration, administration, sales support, and assisting with high-priority projects from analysis to execution. This position is ideal for problem solvers and effective communicators looking to impact strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
  • Manage users, roles, hierarchies, and security settings
  • Develop and maintain approvals, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and processes
  • Perform bulk imports and exports of data
  • Document project requirements and maintain third-party apps
  • Ensure data integrity through cleansing and deduplication
  • Support day-to-day platform operations and Salesforce initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years Salesforce administration experience and/or Salesforce certification
  • Experience with third-party tools such as Clari, Marketo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Analytical skills with comfort using data and metrics
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • CPQ experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
