Description:
A leading FMCG beverage distributor operating under Coca-Cola UAE is currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join its expanding sales team across the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong field sales expertise within the FMCG or soft drinks industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising sales operations, managing a team, and ensuring strong market coverage and performance across assigned routes. The company is looking for a motivated individual with leadership capabilities, strong market understanding, and hands-on experience in field sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives in assigned territories
• Plan and execute daily market visits and route rides to ensure coverage efficiency
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop strong relationships with retail outlets, wholesalers, and key customers
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in the market
• Track competitor activity and provide insights for sales strategy improvement
• Train, guide, and support sales team members to improve performance
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• 4–5 years of experience in FMCG or soft drinks sales industry
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE retail market and distribution channels
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in route management and field market visits
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage field operations effectively
