Role Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Sales Supervisor to lead Modern Trade and Key Account activities across the Dubai region. The role focuses on developing and growing relationships with major retail chains, ensuring outstanding in-store execution, and driving sales performance through a motivated field team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow Modern Trade & Key Accounts by building strong relationships with retail buyers and category managers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets through coaching, route planning, and performance follow-up.
- Negotiate listings, promotions, and in-store activations to maximize shelf presence and category visibility.
- Ensure in-store execution and merchandising including planogram compliance, promotional set-ups, and stock availability at store level.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports with insights and action plans to improve sales and distribution metrics.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years specifically managing Key Accounts in the Dubai market.
- Proven experience handling major accounts such as LULU, Al Maya, Choithrams, West Zone, etc., at both Head Office and store levels.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade operations across Dubai and familiar with retail buying cycles and category management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is mandatory.
- Candidates must be currently based in the UAE; applicants residing outside the UAE will not be considered.
