Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Service Engineer to join our Dubai operations. This role blends field engineering with client-facing responsibilities — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on installation work and building strong relationships with customers while ensuring reliable power quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Installation & Commissioning: Perform site installations and commission power quality products and related systems.
▪ Technical Service & Support: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites and provide after-sales technical assistance.
▪ Drawing & Documentation: Read and interpret electrical drawings, prepare service reports, and maintain accurate job documentation.
▪ Client Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical issues, coordinate site access, and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
▪ Ownership & Reliability: Take full responsibility for assigned jobs, work independently on-site, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills & Attributes:
▪ Good technical knowledge of electrical systems and power quality products.
▪ Proven experience reading and using electrical drawings in practical settings.
▪ Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and field servicing of power-quality or similar equipment.
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
▪ Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
