Position Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our expanding sales and business development teams. This role ensures operational excellence across compensation, performance tracking, sales tools, territory management, and business development operations. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for optimizing sales processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Commission Management: Maintain and update sales compensation plans, prepare and validate monthly commission calculations, and generate reports aligned with company objectives.
- Performance & Reporting: Manage dashboards tracking individual and team performance, develop Salesforce and HubSpot reports, analyze pipeline metrics, and support deal attribution and sourcing analysis.
- Sales Team Support: Attend sales meetings to provide operational insights, back up the Deal Desk Manager with deal structuring and approvals, and support lead-to-contract processes for seamless execution.
- Sales Tools & Systems: Serve as an administrator for HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity; support sales enablement tools (Clay, Gong, Consensus, Nooks) and potential partner portal implementation.
- Sales Process & Documentation: Document standardized sales processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist with developing ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Territory & Data Management: Manage sales territories, ensure accurate rep assignments, maintain demographic data, conduct whitespace analysis, and support territory planning.
- Business Development Operations: Support the BD team operations, develop performance reports and dashboards, and assist with project management initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct ad hoc and scheduled analysis to uncover insights, support strategic initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or analytical roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration and reporting
- Experience with sales enablement tools (Clay, Gong, Consensus, Nooks)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Travel Requirements: 1–10%
