Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Analyst I to join our growing team at Dealer Tire. This role is ideal for analytical thinkers who enjoy working with data, improving sales processes, and supporting business decisions through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Data Management & Analysis:
- Define objectives for analysis projects and coordinate data collection from internal databases.
- Assess and interpret business scenarios from a data perspective.
- Enhance existing information models to ensure operations data is useful and accessible for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales professionals to identify performance improvement opportunities.
🔹 Reporting & Support:
- Interpret reports and guide sales staff and management in understanding analytical outcomes.
- Maintain and audit critical sales data across systems and departments.
- Manage assigned areas for reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as a primary contact for ad hoc reporting requests, providing operational insights and metrics.
- Assist in automating reports and developing dashboards to track KPIs.
- Support the sales team with data inquiries and issue resolution.
🔹 Process Facilitation & Implementation:
- Work closely with sales team members to interpret data findings and recommend actionable steps.
- Contribute to the development of new tools and capabilities to enhance team efficiency.
- Participate in testing and rollout of new sales processes or systems.
- Facilitate group meetings, coordinate feedback sessions, and support project implementation.
🔹 Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in system improvement initiatives and troubleshooting functionality issues.
- Help evaluate sales strategies and pilot new methods for long-term success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet goals collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with R, Python, SQL, or SOQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with platforms such as OBIEE, Salesforce, or Google Analytics is a plus.
