We Are Hiring – Sales Officer (Mobile Phones & Accessories)
📍 Location: Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA)
We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Officers to join our commercial team at DAFZA. The roles focus on building B2B relationships, driving wholesale and distribution sales, and expanding our presence in both the UAE and international markets.
Position 1: Sales Officer – Mobile Phones (Wholesale)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience selling Xiaomi mobile phones.
- Strong B2B sales background with experience managing corporate accounts, distributors, or wholesale clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Job Role:
- Manage and grow wholesale distribution of Xiaomi and other mobile phone brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across the UAE and overseas markets.
- Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery.
Position 2: Sales Officer – QCY Accessories
Requirements:
- Experience selling mobile accessories; direct experience with QCY is preferred.
- Solid background in B2B sales and distribution channel management.
- Confident presenter with strong customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Job Role:
- Drive sales and distribution of QCY accessories throughout the UAE and international channels.
- Identify, develop and manage distributor and retailer partnerships.
- Execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Work toward targets under an attractive commission-based compensation plan and support promotional activities.
