Job Title: Sales Officer – Events & Exhibitions
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Officer to spearhead the sales of exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and event solutions. This role is central to expanding our client base and increasing revenue within the UAE events and exhibitions market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and close deals.
Event & Industry Representation
- Represent Plan b Events at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
- Promote services and build the company’s brand profile in the industry.
Sales Support & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.
- Work cross-functionally with creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead to post-event feedback.
Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on our service offerings, innovations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai events & exhibitions market.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools knowledge is a plus.
- UAE driving license is a must.
