Description:
Prime Scientific ME Equipment Trading LLC, a subsidiary of Prime Scientific, is currently expanding its operations and inviting applications for the position of Sales Officer at its Abu Dhabi office. The company operates in the scientific and laboratory equipment sector and works closely with laboratories, universities, hospitals, and research institutions across the UAE.
This role is well suited for candidates who have a background in science and are interested in developing a career in technical or scientific sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, presenting laboratory equipment solutions, and supporting customers throughout the purchasing process. The position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team while engaging with leading research and healthcare institutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new client relationships while maintaining and supporting existing customer accounts.
• Promote and present scientific and laboratory equipment solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation using the company’s CRM system.
• Guide and assist clients during the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales stages.
• Follow up on tenders, requests for quotations (RFQs), and other sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or Biochemistry.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the UAE within a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Candidates must currently be based in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong English communication skills are essential, while knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to build professional relationships and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
