We are currently hiring a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing outdoor advertising and signage organization based in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising and signage market
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on UAE experience in outdoor advertising or signage sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Target-focused mindset with a proven record of closing deals
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory requirement)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage
