We’re Hiring – Sales & Marketing Executive (Abu Dhabi)
Swift Audit & Advisory is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and seeking a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth across our audit, tax, advisory and transfer-pricing services. This role suits a proactive mid-level professional who can manage the full sales cycle and deliver consistent business development results for a boutique advisory firm.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage end-to-end business development for audit, tax, advisory and transfer pricing engagements.
• Lead digital outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp to generate and nurture leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and referral sources.
• Prepare compelling pitch decks, tailored proposals and timely follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
• Keep the CRM up to date and assist with monthly pipeline and performance reporting.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly captured and delivered.

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–6 years of relevant sales, BD or marketing experience in the UAE market.
• Familiarity with professional services (audit, tax, consulting) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficient with HubSpot CRM (or similar) and comfortable with digital outreach tools.
• UAE driving license and able to travel locally.
• Ready to join immediately and deliver results from day one.
