We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Concrete Manufacturing Industry
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong Arabic presence and a solid background in the concrete or construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, able to develop new business and nurture long-term client partnerships across the UAE and the wider region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts to grow revenue for concrete and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing proposals, and account plans.
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Provide accurate market feedback to support product and commercial decisions.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
