Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial and business development activities across the UAE and the wider GCC. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in technical B2B sales, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to win and manage projects in sectors such as oil & gas, marine, utilities and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities within target industries, with emphasis on engineering products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with EPC contractors, O&M companies and other industrial clients.
- Understand customers’ technical and commercial needs, working closely with the technical team to produce tailored proposals and project solutions.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales engineers and senior sales engineers to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity and industry trends; prepare regular sales forecasts and strategic reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, client meetings and industry events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Manager role.
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience within the UAE market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE and to GCC countries as required.
