Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Steel to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships across the UAE and broader Middle East markets. This position requires a commercially savvy salesperson who can develop strategy, secure new business, and manage key accounts end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and margin objectives.
• Maintain frequent contact with existing clients through regular visits, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and relationship retention.
• Identify new business opportunities, onboard new customers, and expand market presence.
• Collect inbound inquiries, prepare competitive quotations, and follow up to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules aligned with company targets.
• Monitor competitor activity, market conditions, and customer demands to supply actionable market intelligence.
• Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of sales orders.
• Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.

Key Requirements


• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the steel industry.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and developing new accounts within the UAE or Middle East markets.
• Strong product knowledge across steel categories — hot rolled coil (HRP), cold rolled, galvanized, billets, rebar, wire rod, plates, beams, etc. Experience selling HRP and beams is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language ability is an advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Prior experience collaborating with major steel producers, traders, or distribution partners will be highly valued.
