We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at Investment Experts Real Estate. If you are passionate about Dubai’s dynamic real estate market and have a proven track record of at least 5 years, we want to hear from you!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Leadership mindset with the ability to lead from the front
• Someone who goes to the field with the agents, demonstrates work ethic, and leads by example
• Ability to conduct weekly training and motivation meetings
• A person full of energy, positivity, and fresh ideas
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws & regulations
• Able to motivate and mentor the team to achieve and exceed targets

• Drive performance through hands-on leadership
• Train and mentor sales agents
• Share effective strategies and market insights
• Maintain a results-driven and ethical work culture
• Ensure all activities align with RERA and Dubai real estate laws
• Represent the company professionally in all dealings
