Position: Sales Manager with Training Experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales management role
• Proven experience in training and mentoring real estate agents
• trong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills
• Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to create and deliver onboarding programs, product training, and sales workshops
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
