A growing company in the Construction, Fit-Out, and Maintenance sector is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join its Dubai-based team. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who understands the local market and can actively drive revenue growth while building long-term client relationships.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand business opportunities
- Identify and secure new clients within the construction, fit-out, and maintenance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

- Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated sales experience within the Construction, Fit-Out, or Maintenance industry
