SBK Properties LLC is actively seeking a motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team as we continue to expand our presence within Dubai’s freehold property market. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with leading broker firms.
- Build and manage a diverse and high-performing partner portfolio.
- Oversee contract management, ensure KYC compliance, and maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Conduct market research, share insights with stakeholders, and finalize property sales.
- Meet assigned sales targets and prepare weekly MIS reports to track performance.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in UAE freehold real estate sales with solid Off-Plan expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong communication skills with broad market awareness.
- RERA certification is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Background in sales within developer companies is highly preferred.
- Priority will be given to candidates available to join immediately and work at the company’s new lounges in Studio City and Dubai South.
