Role Overview
We are looking for a results-focused Sales Manager to lead a sales team in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market. This role is for a motivated leader who can drive sales performance, close high-value deals, and create a winning culture across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans that align with business goals.
- Set, monitor, and drive achievement of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Run productive team meetings, training sessions, and motivational initiatives to improve performance.
