We’re Hiring — Sales Manager
Role Summary:
Wideway Real Estate is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our team. You’ll lead sales efforts, coach sales staff, and directly contribute to revenue growth by building pipelines, converting leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property market and can hit targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Drive new business development and generate qualified leads through networking, events, and prospecting.
▪ Prepare and deliver persuasive property presentations and proposals to prospective buyers.
▪ Manage the sales cycle from first contact through contract signing and handover.
▪ Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and produce regular sales reports.
▪ Coach and mentor junior sales staff, set targets, and monitor performance.
▪ Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
▪ Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while protecting company margins.
Key Requirements:
▪ Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in sales—preferably within real estate or property sales.
▪ Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
▪ Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
▪ Immediate availability is preferred.
▪ UAE Driving License is an advantage.
▪ Leadership aptitude with the ability to manage and motivate a small sales team.
