We are searching for an accomplished Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for a real estate development client in Dubai. The right candidate will have a proven track record in development sales, a deep understanding of the Dubai market (including RERA), and the leadership skills needed to coach a high-performing team and drive results in a competitive environment.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years’ experience managing real estate sales teams in the UAE development sector.
Market Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dubai property market dynamics, inventory cycles, and RERA regulations.
Leadership: Ability to recruit, mentor and motivate sales teams to meet ambitious targets.
Language & Communication: Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken) with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Commercial Acumen: Sharp negotiation capabilities and a business-first mindset to convert leads and close deals.
Education & Licences: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline. UAE driving license preferred.

What You’ll Do:
▪ Lead and manage the sales team—set targets, coach performance, and ensure robust pipeline management.
▪ Build and execute sales strategies tailored to project phases and buyer segments.
▪ Drive high-quality client interactions from initial enquiry through to contract signature and handover.
▪ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and positioning.
▪ Liaise with marketing, operations and legal teams to align commercial approach and compliance.
▪ Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
