We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Developer Sales | Off-Plan Real Estate
Join RICHMIND Development as we expand our team! We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead with vision and drive. If you have successfully managed a team of 5 to 15 agents, consistently exceeded KPIs, sold luxury or high-value off-plan projects, cultivated strong brokerage networks, and represented developments at international roadshows, this is your opportunity.
Your Role:
✅ Design and implement effective sales strategies targeting high-value real estate projects
✅ Monitor and meet KPI targets through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
✅ Manage important client and broker relationships to close significant deals
✅ Lead training sessions and briefings for the brokerage network
✅ Represent RICHMIND Development at international roadshows, exhibitions, and exclusive investor events
What You Bring:
🔹 Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
🔹 Demonstrated success in leading teams and closing large-value transactions
🔹 Well-established network of brokerage relations within the UAE
🔹 Experience in participating in international property roadshows and investor events
🔹 Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and communication
🔹 RERA certification is preferred
