MyMaximus Professional & Management Academy is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the academy’s training courses, diploma programs, and corporate learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the academy’s training courses, diploma programs, and education solutions
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct professional presentations and consultations for individual and corporate clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence updates
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education, training, or professional services
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
• Strong IT/ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, online marketing tools, and digital communication platforms
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• UAE market experience is an advantage
• Immediate joining preferred
