Sales Executive at Condor Developers
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive property sales.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable real estate investment options.
- Meet sales targets by promoting the company’s portfolio of luxury real estate projects.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients, investors, and brokers to guarantee high satisfaction.
- Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth sales transactions and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management (luxury real estate experience preferred).
- Strong network of HNIs, investors, and brokers in the UAE and international markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Spanish, Russian, French, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) are a plus.
