Role Overview:
Arakkal Gold & Diamonds is expanding its retail team across the UAE and is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives who are passionate about fine jewellery and exceptional customer service. In this role you’ll guide customers through meaningful purchases, showcase product knowledge, and help the store exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, advising them on gold and diamond jewellery with genuine product knowledge and style guidance.
- Provide clear, accurate information to build trust and ensure confident buying decisions.
- Maintain the store’s premium presentation and assist with inventory control to protect stock and maximise availability.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Handle customer enquiries and transactions professionally and courteously, maintaining high standards of service at all times.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years’ experience in gold and diamond retail sales within the UAE.
- Deep familiarity with gold and diamond product types, purity standards, and value drivers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in client-facing and upselling situations.
- Language proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam is preferred.
- Able to work both collaboratively as part of a retail team and independently to drive sales results.
