Hiring: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Madina Glass Division (UAE)

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join the Madina Glass division of Bond Interiors. The successful candidate will have a solid sales background within the glass, aluminum, or fit-out sectors and be driven to meet and exceed sales targets across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong client relationships across the glass, aluminum, and fit-out markets.
  • Identify new business leads, pursue opportunities, and follow up to convert prospects into customers.
  • Liaise with project, technical, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Prior exposure to the glass industry, aluminum systems, or interior fit-out projects is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
