Kandas Rental is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to fill the positions of Sales Executive and Marketing Executive in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for forklift and dewatering products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct client visits, prepare quotations, and negotiate business agreements.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product and service delivery.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Organize exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial, or engineering industries will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred for Sales Executive candidates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
