We are hiring an experienced and driven Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight to join a fast-growing logistics team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong market knowledge and a passion for building long-term client relationships within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

In this position, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the UAE by identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored logistics solutions to clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and prospect potential customers across the UAE logistics market, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, and distributors
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and active lead generation
  • Analyze customer logistics requirements and recommend customized freight and supply chain solutions
  • Prepare professional sales proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business deals
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Attend logistics-related industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand professional networks
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of UAE-based experience in logistics or freight forwarding (Abu Dhabi experience is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of UAE logistics operations, supply chain processes, and customs regulations
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Valid UAE driving license
