We are currently hiring a Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out for a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong experience in the UAE interior fit-out sector, looking to work on high-value residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across the country.
The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building long-term relationships within the construction and design ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate, qualify, and convert interior fit-out leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, designers, contractors, and developers
- Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and deliver professional presentations
- Coordinate proposals, pricing structures, and tender submissions
- Close sales deals while ensuring profitability and protecting project margins
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry
- Strong network within construction, design, and development sectors
- Experience handling project-based sales
- Valid UAE driving license
