This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands the operational demands of hotels, catering businesses, and large-scale HORECA groups. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence while maintaining strong relationships with existing high-value clients.
Key Focus Areas:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, catering companies, and institutional clients.
- Manage and grow key HORECA accounts, including prominent hotel chains and hospitality groups.
- Increase revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling of fresh produce and related solutions.
- Develop strong working relationships with chefs, procurement departments, and F&B decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, gather industry intelligence, and collaborate with internal teams for effective demand planning.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the HORECA sector.
- Strong professional network within the UAE hospitality and food service industry.
- Demonstrated experience handling major hotel chains and large accounts.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Background in fresh produce or FMCG food distribution will be an added advantage.
