We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Meal Prep & Fitness Nutrition)
We are currently seeking a motivated and performance-focused Sales Executive with proven experience in meal prep, healthy food subscriptions, or fitness nutrition services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding their health goals, and guiding them toward suitable meal and lifestyle plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into long-term monthly meal subscription customers
- Provide personalized consultations related to calorie requirements, fitness objectives, and lifestyle preferences
- Actively drive renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term customer retention
- Coordinate closely with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely deliveries
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on sales experience within meal prep, F&B subscription, or related services
- Strong telesales abilities with a consultative and customer-focused approach
- Tagalog language skills are highly preferred
- Confidence in selling fitness, weight-loss, and healthy lifestyle solutions
- Comfortable using CRM systems, managing follow-ups, and working with sales targets
