Description:
We’re hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join the expanding team at Pannache Interiors. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about interiors, enjoy client interaction, and are eager to convert opportunities into successful projects within the residential and commercial design space.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business by building connections through networking, referrals, and consistent lead follow-ups. You will meet potential clients, understand their design and fit-out requirements, and confidently present the company’s interior solutions and services.
Main Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable design and fit-out solutions
- Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and technical teams
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects while achieving assigned sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, or real estate
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset with high self-motivation
- Basic understanding of interior design and fit-out services is an added advantage
- UAE driving license is preferred
