Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote apartment rental units and vacation home listings to potential clients.
- Respond to inquiries, arrange and conduct property tours, and oversee the full leasing cycle.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Meet monthly leasing goals while ensuring properties maintain high occupancy.
- Keep up-to-date with Dubai’s rental market, pricing, and competitive trends.
Requirements:
- Background in real estate leasing, vacation home rentals, or property management is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to operate independently and consistently meet performance expectations.
- Must hold an Own Visa or Freelance Visa.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s rental market is a strong advantage.
