Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive for our UAE market who will identify commercial opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive demand for Grudva’s suite of consulting services — including Marketing-as-a-Service, Sales Enablement, Brand Strategy, Business Transformation, and CXO-as-a-Service. In this role you’ll engage senior decision-makers, qualify needs, and close deals that deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across SMBs, SMEs, startups, and corporate segments.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships founded on trust and demonstrable value.
  • Position Grudva’s services as strategic growth investments rather than expenses.
  • Work closely with consulting and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong delivery.
  • Track, report, and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience; background in consulting or B2B/professional services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE business environment and SME ecosystem.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-driven, and target-focused.
